Mr. Clever Dripper (530ml)

Looking for new brew method for your daily filter coffee, this Clever Dripper might be the one for you. 

At home we are currently using this one, next to our Hario V60 and Kalita Wave. 

Thanks to using a paper filter no elements of coffee get to the drink while dripping through Clever Dripper.
However, adjusting and controlling the speed of dripping constitute an advantage over V60 dripper; thanks to these features, similarly to French Press, we can experiment with time of extraction and temperature.
It is possible thanks to a special construction which releases the drink from the dripper only after it is placed on a dish.

Mr Clever Dripper is made of resistant plastic and filters Melitta #4, Hario V60-02, as well as paper filters for filter coffee makers like Moccamaster. 

Recipe's and use: 

Our current favourite method of use is a 1 to 16 ratio, with a medium fine grind and instead of putting in the coffee grounds first, after rinsing the filter paper with hot water, (no need for boiling water), we like to put in the boiling water first and then the coffee grounds. 

Stir it, so all the grounds are fully covered with water, no dry lumps, and then let it brew for about 2 minutes. ( you can use the lid, but it's not necessary). 

After 2 minutes, give it stir with the spoon to break the crust or give it a soft swirl so the grounds can drop. Then after 30 seconds, put it on your cup or jug, and you will have a much faster and consistent pour. 

Resulting in a clear, smooth and light cup of delicious coffee.
