Menti (IT)- Roncaie sui Lievi 2018,(Vin Naturel) Pet Nat, 75cl

One of our personal favourites, the Menti -  Roncai Pèt-Nat. 

Pèt-Nat stands for Pètillant Naturel, or naturally sparkling, so it has a light fiziness which we love. 

This natural wine is also very low in alcohol for a wine, only 9,5%, but yet very flavourful and that makes him super easy to drink, as an aperitif or instead of a champagne or any other sparkling wine.
